Bathroom Renovation in Gemas: Packages, Prices & Process
Better Bathrooms, Thoughtfully Built, for homes in Gemas
Gemas grew up where two railway lines meet, and many of its homes are as old as the town's long railway story. Their bathrooms often need a fresh start.
Gemas
What Shapes a Bathroom Renovation in Gemas
Gemas is a small town near the Johor border, best known as the junction where the east coast railway line meets the west coast line. Its older houses and shophouses often have bathrooms that have been patched many times, with mismatched tiles, cracked floors and fittings from different decades. A full renovation from RM5,000 per project brings everything back to one standard, and tiling starts from RM25 per sq ft with tile supply confirmed in the quotation. Gemas owners can send photos on WhatsApp, and site-visit availability is confirmed there.

Bathroom Renovation Questions, Answered
Our Gemas bathroom has been repaired many times. Is it better to start over?
When tiles, floors and fittings come from different repairs, a full renovation is often simpler and more consistent than another patch. The site visit and itemised quotation help you compare both routes before deciding.
What is the starting price for a full bathroom renovation?
A full bathroom renovation starts from RM5,000 per project and covers demolition, new floor and wall tiles, waterproofing and plumbing upgrades. The final price depends on size and materials and is set out in your written quotation.
Can you look at a shophouse bathroom in Gemas?
Yes, enquiries for shophouses and homes are both welcome. Send photos on WhatsApp, and site-visit availability for your Gemas address is confirmed in the conversation.
What do the package prices cover?
Each range is an estimate for that level of finish. Every quotation covers materials, labour, waterproofing and cleanup, and the final price depends on your bathroom's size, the materials you choose and the scope.
Can I supply my own tiles or fittings?
Yes. You can supply your own materials and we handle the installation, or we source them for you as part of the quotation.
What happens if damaged pipes are found behind the tiles?
We stop, photograph the problem, explain it and price the extra work. Nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Do you take single jobs, like a shower screen only?
Yes. Tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, shower screens, vanities and bathtub-to-shower conversions are each quoted on their own.
