My George Town shophouse is in the heritage zone. Can the bathroom still be renovated?
Interior bathroom work is often possible, but owners should check with the city council whether any approval applies to their property. Once that is clear, the site visit and written quotation cover the bathroom works themselves.
The upstairs bathroom leaks into the room below. What is the usual fix?
