I have a limited budget. What is the most useful thing to fix first?
Leaks and failed waterproofing usually come first, because they cause damage that spreads. A plumbing upgrade starts from RM500 per job and waterproofing from RM1,500 per job. Cosmetic items like new tiles can follow when you are ready.
Can I replace just the toilet and basin without retiling?
Yes, fixtures can be replaced on their own, and any plumbing changes behind them are quoted separately. Send photos of the current fixtures on WhatsApp, and the itemised quotation will show each part.
