Bathroom Renovation in Penampang: Packages, Prices & Process
Better Bathrooms, Thoughtfully Built, for homes in Penampang
Penampang homes are often shared by several generations, so a bathroom has to work for grandparents and children alike. That shapes every choice we suggest.
Penampang
What Shapes a Bathroom Renovation in Penampang
Penampang lies just inland from Kota Kinabalu, a district of Kadazandusun heritage that has become a suburb of landed terraces, semi-detached houses and family compounds around Donggongon. Multi-generation households make slip-resistant floors, a level shower entry and good storage worth planning for. The Standard package, at RM8,000 – RM15,000 as an indicative range, brings porcelain tiles, a shower screen and a vanity cabinet together. Penampang families can enquire; site-visit availability is confirmed on WhatsApp, and project schedules are confirmed per location for Penampang.

Bathroom Renovation Questions, Answered
How can our Penampang bathroom be made safer for elderly parents?
Common changes include slip-resistant floor tiles, removing a raised step or bathtub, and placing fittings within easy reach. A bathtub to shower conversion starts from RM3,500 per project, and other items are priced after the Penampang site visit.
We have three bathrooms in our Penampang home. Can they be quoted differently?
Yes. Each room is measured and listed on its own, so you can choose different finishes or packages for each. You might renovate the most-used bathroom first and leave the others for later.
Do we need to move out during a Penampang bathroom renovation?
For a home in Penampang, not necessarily. In a home with more than one bathroom, the others stay in use, and work can be done section by section where the layout allows. We discuss the plan during the site visit.
What do the package prices cover?
Each range is an estimate for that level of finish. Every quotation covers materials, labour, waterproofing and cleanup, and the final price depends on your bathroom's size, the materials you choose and the scope.
Can I supply my own tiles or fittings?
Yes. You can supply your own materials and we handle the installation, or we source them for you as part of the quotation.
What happens if damaged pipes are found behind the tiles?
We stop, photograph the problem, explain it and price the extra work. Nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Do you take single jobs, like a shower screen only?
Yes. Tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, shower screens, vanities and bathtub-to-shower conversions are each quoted on their own.
