Bathroom Renovation in Senawang: Packages, Prices & Process
Better Bathrooms, Thoughtfully Built, for homes in Senawang
Senawang's terrace estates grew alongside its industrial parks, and plenty of those homes are ready for a better bathroom.
Senawang
What Shapes a Bathroom Renovation in Senawang
Senawang lies just outside Seremban, with large industrial parks and the terrace and townhouse estates that grew up to house the people working there. Many of these homes are now owned by the second wave of buyers, who want to replace dated bathrooms rather than live with them. The Standard package, RM8,000 – RM15,000, suits a complete terrace-bathroom upgrade with porcelain tiles, a full waterproofing membrane and a shower screen, while a screen alone starts from RM800. Senawang owners can WhatsApp photos, and site-visit availability is confirmed in the chat.

Bathroom Renovation Questions, Answered
We just bought a subsale terrace in Senawang. Should we renovate the bathroom before moving in?
Many owners prefer to renovate before moving in, when the house is empty and access is simple. Send photos on WhatsApp, and the site visit and quotation can be arranged around your move.
What is included in the Standard package?
Standard, RM8,000 – RM15,000, includes premium porcelain tiles, quality fixtures and fittings, a full waterproofing membrane, a shower screen, a rain shower head and a vanity cabinet. Your quotation confirms the final scope.
Can we pick our own fixtures instead of the package ones?
Yes. You choose tiles, fixtures and finishes after accepting the quotation, and you may also supply your own. Any price difference is shown clearly before work starts.
What do the package prices cover?
Each range is an estimate for that level of finish. Every quotation covers materials, labour, waterproofing and cleanup, and the final price depends on your bathroom's size, the materials you choose and the scope.
Can I supply my own tiles or fittings?
Yes. You can supply your own materials and we handle the installation, or we source them for you as part of the quotation.
What happens if damaged pipes are found behind the tiles?
We stop, photograph the problem, explain it and price the extra work. Nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Do you take single jobs, like a shower screen only?
Yes. Tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, shower screens, vanities and bathtub-to-shower conversions are each quoted on their own.
