Bathroom Renovation in Gua Musang: Packages, Prices & Process
Better Bathrooms, Thoughtfully Built, for homes in Gua Musang
Gua Musang is a long way from Kota Bharu, but that is no reason to put up with a leaking, outdated bathroom. Start the conversation with photos.
Gua Musang
What Shapes a Bathroom Renovation in Gua Musang
Gua Musang is Kelantan's largest district, a hilly inland area of limestone outcrops, forest and plantation settlements far south of the state capital. Many homes are in land-scheme settlements and town terraces built decades ago, where galvanised pipes and original fittings are reaching the end of their life. A plumbing upgrade, from RM500 per job, replaces old pipes and fixes leaks before new tiles go in. Gua Musang owners can enquire, and site-visit availability for Gua Musang is confirmed on WhatsApp.

Bathroom Renovation Questions, Answered
Water pressure in my Gua Musang bathroom has dropped. Could old pipes be the cause?
It is a common reason in older homes, as ageing pipes narrow inside over time. A plumbing upgrade from RM500 per job replaces the affected runs. The Gua Musang site visit checks the pipes before anything is priced.
Since Gua Musang is far from the main towns, how is a site visit arranged?
Message us on WhatsApp with your location in Gua Musang and a few photos. Site-visit availability is confirmed there, and we plan the visit with you before you commit to anything.
Can I combine a plumbing fix with new tiles in my Gua Musang bathroom?
Yes, and it is usually the better order: pipes first, then waterproofing and tiles, so nothing has to be broken again later. Each item appears on its own line in the itemised quotation.
What do the package prices cover?
Each range is an estimate for that level of finish. Every quotation covers materials, labour, waterproofing and cleanup, and the final price depends on your bathroom's size, the materials you choose and the scope.
Can I supply my own tiles or fittings?
Yes. You can supply your own materials and we handle the installation, or we source them for you as part of the quotation.
What happens if damaged pipes are found behind the tiles?
We stop, photograph the problem, explain it and price the extra work. Nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Do you take single jobs, like a shower screen only?
Yes. Tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, shower screens, vanities and bathtub-to-shower conversions are each quoted on their own.
