My house is only a few years old. Do I still need waterproofing?
Not always. If you are only adding a screen or vanity, waterproofing may not be part of the scope. If tiles are being lifted, re-applying a membrane from RM1,500 per job is sensible. The site visit decides which applies.
Can I upgrade just the fittings without retiling?
Yes. Shower screens, vanities and cabinets can be installed on their own, and a plumbing upgrade from RM500 per job can move or replace points if needed. Each item is listed separately in the quotation.
How do I choose between frameless and semi-frameless glass?
Frameless gives a cleaner look; semi-frameless has a slimmer metal frame for extra support. Both use tempered safety glass and come in custom sizes. Measure the space roughly, send photos, and the options are priced in your quotation.
What do the package prices cover?
Each range is an estimate for that level of finish. Every quotation covers materials, labour, waterproofing and cleanup, and the final price depends on your bathroom's size, the materials you choose and the scope.
Can I supply my own tiles or fittings?
Yes. You can supply your own materials and we handle the installation, or we source them for you as part of the quotation.
