Pasir Puteh
What Shapes a Bathroom Renovation in Pasir Puteh
Pasir Puteh is a district town in southeastern Kelantan, a short way inland from the coast and set among paddy fields and villages. Most homes are landed houses, and many bathrooms still have the plain ceramic tiles and squat-toilet layout they were built with. Converting to a seated toilet, retiling in porcelain or ceramic from RM25 per sq ft, and adding a vanity are popular updates. Owners in Pasir Puteh can enquire with a few photos, and site-visit availability for Pasir Puteh is confirmed on WhatsApp.

Bathroom Renovation Questions, Answered
Can a squat toilet in my Pasir Puteh bathroom be changed to a seated one?
Yes, this is a common update. It usually involves breaking the floor around the old pan, adjusting the plumbing and retiling, so it is often combined with a wider refit. Your Pasir Puteh quotation itemises each step.
Which tiles work best for a Pasir Puteh bathroom floor?
Porcelain, ceramic and mosaic are all options. For floors, a tile with good grip when wet is sensible, especially for older family members. Samples and costs are discussed after measuring, and tiling labour starts from RM25 per sq ft.
Is the quotation for my Pasir Puteh house binding?
The quotation is no-obligation, so you can take time to consider it. It is written and itemised, listing each part of the job. Work only begins after you accept it and the agreed deposit is paid.
What do the package prices cover?
Each range is an estimate for that level of finish. Every quotation covers materials, labour, waterproofing and cleanup, and the final price depends on your bathroom's size, the materials you choose and the scope.
Can I supply my own tiles or fittings?
Yes. You can supply your own materials and we handle the installation, or we source them for you as part of the quotation.
What happens if damaged pipes are found behind the tiles?
We stop, photograph the problem, explain it and price the extra work. Nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Do you take single jobs, like a shower screen only?
Yes. Tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, shower screens, vanities and bathtub-to-shower conversions are each quoted on their own.
