Our Port Dickson holiday apartment is empty most of the time. Can the renovation be arranged remotely?
Much of it can. Photos, measurements and the quotation are handled on WhatsApp, and progress updates can be shared there too. Someone needs to provide access for the site visit and works, following your building's rules.
Do seaside conditions affect what fittings we should choose?
Salt air is tougher on metal fittings than inland air, so it is worth discussing finish choices when you select fixtures after accepting the quotation. Options and their prices are listed for you to decide.
Can we combine retiling with a new shower screen?
Yes. Tiling from RM25 per sq ft and a shower screen from RM800 per installation can be quoted together, with the screen fitted once the tiling is finished.
What do the package prices cover?
Each range is an estimate for that level of finish. Every quotation covers materials, labour, waterproofing and cleanup, and the final price depends on your bathroom's size, the materials you choose and the scope.
Can I supply my own tiles or fittings?
Yes. You can supply your own materials and we handle the installation, or we source them for you as part of the quotation.
