Final scope and price come in your itemised quotation.
Can the toilet or shower be moved to a different spot?
Layout changes depend on the existing drainage and floor structure, which are checked during the site visit. If a move is practical, the plumbing and related works are listed and priced in the quotation before anything is agreed.
We imported our own stone tiles. Does that matter for a bathroom in Bangsar?
Not at all. Owners may supply their own tiles and materials, and we handle installation. The quotation will separate labour and related work from material supply so the cost is clear.
What do the package prices cover?
