Mould keeps returning on our bathroom ceiling and grout. Will a renovation sort it out?
Persistent mould usually comes from moisture that cannot escape. A renovation can address waterproofing, sealed grout lines and ventilation together. Share photos of the affected areas on WhatsApp, and the site visit will look at the causes before the quotation is prepared.
Can the plumbing to our water heater be replaced at the same time?
Yes. A plumbing upgrade, from RM500 per job, covers replacing old pipes and fixing leaks, including hot and cold lines within the bathroom. The scope is confirmed during the site visit and listed in the quotation.
We run a guesthouse in Tanah Rata. Can bathrooms be done one at a time?
Yes. Rooms can be done one by one so the rest of the guesthouse keeps operating. Each bathroom is listed in the itemised quotation, and the order is agreed with you once the quotation is accepted.
What do the package prices cover?
