Our house is several decades old. Is there anything special to consider?
Older bathrooms often hide original pipes and floors without a waterproofing layer. The site visit checks these first, and anything unexpected found later is photographed and priced for your approval. Mention the age of the house when you enquire.
Can a bathroom in a timber house be renovated?
Bathrooms in timber houses can be renovated, but the structure and floor need checking carefully first. Send clear photos of the bathroom floor, walls and surroundings on WhatsApp so the site visit can assess what is practical.
Can I supply salvaged or heritage-style tiles?
Owners may supply their own tiles and materials. Let us know the type and quantity when you enquire; installation is then quoted for those items. Some older tiles need extra preparation, which the site visit will flag.
What do the package prices cover?
Each range is an estimate for that level of finish. Every quotation covers materials, labour, waterproofing and cleanup, and the final price depends on your bathroom's size, the materials you choose and the scope.
