Bathroom Renovation in Semporna: Packages, Prices & Process
Better Bathrooms, Thoughtfully Built, for homes in Semporna
Semporna bathrooms serve families and a steady stream of divers heading to the islands. Hard-wearing finishes and simple maintenance come first here.
Semporna
What Shapes a Bathroom Renovation in Semporna
Semporna is a coastal town on Sabah's southeast, the departure point for the islands of the Tun Sakaran Marine Park and the dive sites around Sipadan. Alongside family homes, many properties are lodges and guesthouses with bathrooms used by visitors every day, all in salty, humid sea air. Durable floor tiling from RM25 per sq ft, sealed grout and sturdy shower screens from RM800 per installation suit that use. Semporna owners can enquire; site-visit availability is confirmed on WhatsApp, and project schedules are confirmed per location for Semporna.

Bathroom Renovation Questions, Answered
I run a dive lodge in Semporna. Can the bathrooms be done between busy periods?
Tell us your quieter months when you message. Since Semporna project schedules are confirmed per location, the plan is agreed after the quotation is accepted, and rooms can be quoted individually to phase the work.
Do Semporna bathrooms need extra waterproofing because of the sea air?
Sea air mainly affects fittings and grout, but proper waterproofing in the wet zone is important anywhere. If your current membrane has failed, waterproofing from RM1,500 per job is quoted as a separate line.
Can guests' bathrooms in Semporna have different finishes from my own home?
Yes. Each bathroom is quoted separately, so guest rooms can use simple, durable finishes while your own bathroom follows a different package. The itemised quotation shows each room clearly.
What do the package prices cover?
Each range is an estimate for that level of finish. Every quotation covers materials, labour, waterproofing and cleanup, and the final price depends on your bathroom's size, the materials you choose and the scope.
Can I supply my own tiles or fittings?
Yes. You can supply your own materials and we handle the installation, or we source them for you as part of the quotation.
What happens if damaged pipes are found behind the tiles?
We stop, photograph the problem, explain it and price the extra work. Nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Do you take single jobs, like a shower screen only?
Yes. Tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, shower screens, vanities and bathtub-to-shower conversions are each quoted on their own.
