Bathroom Renovation in Shah Alam: Packages, Prices & Process
Better Bathrooms, Thoughtfully Built, for homes in Shah Alam
Shah Alam's numbered sections each have their own housing era. Whichever section you are in, the first step is the same: a few photos on WhatsApp.
Shah Alam
What Shapes a Bathroom Renovation in Shah Alam
Shah Alam, Selangor's planned state capital, is laid out in numbered sections with landed homes, apartments and newer developments on its edges. Many family homes here have two or three bathrooms, often renovated one at a time so the house stays usable. Owners frequently start with the busiest bathroom, retiling from RM25 per sq ft and renewing the waterproofing underneath. Hidden problems found once tiles come up are photographed and priced for approval first. Shah Alam owners can send photos on WhatsApp, where a site-visit time is confirmed.

Bathroom Renovation Questions, Answered
We have three bathrooms in our Shah Alam house. Can we get one quotation for all?
Yes. One site visit can cover every bathroom, and each is itemised separately in the quotation. You can go ahead with all of them or start with the one used most.
How is tiling priced?
Bathroom tiling starts from RM25 per sq ft for floors and walls. Whether tiles are supplied by us or by you is confirmed in the quotation, along with the measured area.
What if something unexpected turns up halfway through?
If works uncover a hidden issue, such as a damaged pipe under the floor, it is photographed and priced for your approval before anything more is done. You decide whether to proceed.
What do the package prices cover?
Each range is an estimate for that level of finish. Every quotation covers materials, labour, waterproofing and cleanup, and the final price depends on your bathroom's size, the materials you choose and the scope.
Can I supply my own tiles or fittings?
Yes. You can supply your own materials and we handle the installation, or we source them for you as part of the quotation.
What happens if damaged pipes are found behind the tiles?
We stop, photograph the problem, explain it and price the extra work. Nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Do you take single jobs, like a shower screen only?
Yes. Tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, shower screens, vanities and bathtub-to-shower conversions are each quoted on their own.
