Butterworth
What Shapes a Bathroom Renovation in Butterworth
Butterworth is one of Seberang Perai's oldest urban areas, and many of its low-rise flats and terrace houses still run on their first plumbing. Corroded pipes show up as low water pressure, rusty water at the tap or damp patches low on the wall. A plumbing upgrade from RM500 per job deals with those, and if tiles have to come up anyway, combining it with waterproofing from RM1,500 per job makes sense. Butterworth owners can enquire on WhatsApp, which is also where site-visit availability is confirmed.

Bathroom Renovation Questions, Answered
Water pressure in my Butterworth bathroom is very weak. Can that be improved?
Weak pressure in older homes is often caused by corroded or narrow pipes. A plumbing upgrade starts from RM500 per job, and the site visit checks whether the problem is inside the bathroom or further along the supply.
Should I replace pipes and tiles together?
If the tiles are old or the floor needs opening anyway, doing both at once avoids breaking new tiles later. The itemised quotation shows each item so you can choose.
I live in a walk-up flat in Butterworth. Will that alter the plan for Butterworth?
Stairs-only access affects how materials and debris are carried, so mention it in your WhatsApp message. It is checked at the site visit and reflected in the quotation.
What do the package prices cover?
Each range is an estimate for that level of finish. Every quotation covers materials, labour, waterproofing and cleanup, and the final price depends on your bathroom's size, the materials you choose and the scope.
Can I supply my own tiles or fittings?
Yes. You can supply your own materials and we handle the installation, or we source them for you as part of the quotation.
What happens if damaged pipes are found behind the tiles?
We stop, photograph the problem, explain it and price the extra work. Nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Do you take single jobs, like a shower screen only?
Yes. Tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, shower screens, vanities and bathtub-to-shower conversions are each quoted on their own.
