Bathroom Renovation in Kudat: Packages, Prices & Process
Better Bathrooms, Thoughtfully Built, for homes in Kudat
Out at the northern tip of Sabah, Kudat bathrooms live with wind, salt and sea spray. Fittings and finishes should be chosen with that in mind.
Kudat
What Shapes a Bathroom Renovation in Kudat
Kudat sits near the Tip of Borneo, at the far north of Sabah, a coastal town where sea breezes carry salt well inland. Metal fittings, hinges and cabinet frames corrode sooner here, and humid air keeps grout and ceilings damp. Choosing fittings and a vanity suited to coastal conditions, with vanity installation from RM1,200, and sealing the wet zone properly helps a renovation last. Kudat owners can enquire, and site-visit availability is confirmed on WhatsApp; given the distance, Kudat project schedules are confirmed per location.

Bathroom Renovation Questions, Answered
Which shower screen frame suits a Kudat home near the sea?
Frameless or semi-frameless screens leave less exposed metal, which can help in salty air. Hardware options are discussed after the site visit, and screen installation starts from RM800 per installation with tempered safety glass.
Kudat is far from Kota Kinabalu. How is the visit planned?
Message us with your location and photos. Site-visit availability for Kudat is confirmed on WhatsApp, and the project schedule is confirmed per location once the scope is clear.
Can a Kudat renovation include better ventilation?
Ventilation is worth raising during the site visit, as it affects mould and corrosion. Any related work is discussed with you and, if agreed, listed in the itemised quotation alongside the other items.
What do the package prices cover?
Each range is an estimate for that level of finish. Every quotation covers materials, labour, waterproofing and cleanup, and the final price depends on your bathroom's size, the materials you choose and the scope.
Can I supply my own tiles or fittings?
Yes. You can supply your own materials and we handle the installation, or we source them for you as part of the quotation.
What happens if damaged pipes are found behind the tiles?
We stop, photograph the problem, explain it and price the extra work. Nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Do you take single jobs, like a shower screen only?
Yes. Tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, shower screens, vanities and bathtub-to-shower conversions are each quoted on their own.
