Strata buildings usually have their own renovation procedures. Please check with your management body before works begin; our itemised quotation can be shared as the scope of work if they ask for it.
We only want to modernise the basin area. Is that possible?
Yes. Vanity and cabinet installation starts from RM1,200 per installation, with wall-mounted or floor-standing designs. If the basin plumbing needs attention, it is listed separately so you can decide.
