Bathroom Renovation in Kuala Selangor: Packages, Prices & Process
Better Bathrooms, Thoughtfully Built, for homes in Kuala Selangor
Near the river mouth and the coast, Kuala Selangor homes live with humid air every day. A well-built bathroom copes with it better.
Kuala Selangor
What Shapes a Bathroom Renovation in Kuala Selangor
Kuala Selangor is a coastal district known for Bukit Melawati and the fireflies along its river, with a town centre, fishing villages and kampung houses spread across flat, low-lying land. Constant humidity means bathrooms here are prone to mould in grout and on ceilings, and older kampung homes may have bathrooms added on at ground level with simple drainage. Sound waterproofing, from RM1,500 per job, and properly sloped floors are the basics worth getting right. Owners in Kuala Selangor can WhatsApp photos, and site-visit availability is confirmed there.

Bathroom Renovation Questions, Answered
Do you take enquiries from Kuala Selangor, outside the city?
Yes, enquiries are welcome from all states. Send photos and your location on WhatsApp, and site-visit availability for your part of Kuala Selangor is confirmed in the reply.
Our kampung house bathroom is at ground level with basic drainage. Can it be rebuilt properly?
Yes. The site visit looks at floor levels, drainage and the walls, and the quotation covers waterproofing, floor slope, tiling and plumbing as needed. Owners may also supply their own materials.
Mould keeps coming back on our grout. What helps?
Persistent mould often signals moisture trapped under or behind tiles. Retiling with a proper waterproofing layer addresses the source. Ventilation is also worth discussing at the site visit.
What do the package prices cover?
Each range is an estimate for that level of finish. Every quotation covers materials, labour, waterproofing and cleanup, and the final price depends on your bathroom's size, the materials you choose and the scope.
Can I supply my own tiles or fittings?
Yes. You can supply your own materials and we handle the installation, or we source them for you as part of the quotation.
What happens if damaged pipes are found behind the tiles?
We stop, photograph the problem, explain it and price the extra work. Nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Do you take single jobs, like a shower screen only?
Yes. Tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, shower screens, vanities and bathtub-to-shower conversions are each quoted on their own.
