Our Sungai Buloh house was extended over the years. Will that affect the bathroom work?
It can. Extensions sometimes leave uneven floors or unusual pipe routes, which are checked carefully at the site visit. Anything that needs correcting is listed and priced in your quotation.
Why replace pipes if they are not leaking yet?
Old pipes hidden behind tiles are much easier to replace while the walls are open. Doing it later means breaking new finishes. Whether replacement is advisable is explained in the quotation, and the choice is yours.
We moved into a new Sungai Buloh township. Can we add a shower screen only?
Yes. A tempered glass shower screen can be installed on its own, from RM800 per installation, in frameless, semi-frameless or sliding styles to suit the shower size.
What do the package prices cover?
